PES has established the following infrastructure to meet its growing
fabrication requirements.
Centralised Fabrication shop:
The Centralised Fabrication shop at Balanagar, Hyderabad is equipped
with Precision Machining facilities like Lathes, Boring machines
and Milling machines apart from the latest fabrication & welding
equipment.
Where high-quality welding is necessary, PES uses the latest welding
techniques like TIG, MIG, SAW and MMAW

Presently we have established 4 fully equipped fabrication
shops at the following sites.
Tehri, Uttaranchal
Kulu, Himachal Pradesh
Koldam, Bilaspur
Balimela, Orissa.

All fabrication shops are fully covered with double girder EOT cranes for handling with requisite welding and fabrication equipment.
Handling capability of Fabrication shops ranges
from 10 MT to 40 MT and sizes ranging from 10X50 mtrs to 15x70
