Middle management
The top management is well supported by a team of qualified and experienced technical and non-technical personnel at the middle and lower management levels. A matter of great pride to us at PES is the loyalty and sense of belonging that every member of our PES family feels. There are many members of the PES family who have stuck by through thick and thin. Consequently, our employee turnover is amazingly low.

It gives us great satisfaction to know that the PES family has amongst us 5 employees who have been with the company for over 21 years, 17 employees over 16 years, 27 employees in the 10-15 year bracket, 81 employees in the 6-10 year bracket and all others who have a long and fruitful career ahead. We have no doubt that they will grow with the company and share a prosperous and glorious future with the rest of the PES family.

PES employs over 800 skilled and semi-skilled personnel such as welders, fitters, gas cutters, riggers, fabricators, electricians, grinders, crane operators, painters, carpenters and drivers at various project sites.
